Siena and other charming art cities such as Sovana, Sorano, and Pitigliano are attractive day trip destinations.

Guests can stay in absolute privacy and silence: no traffic noise is audible from the property, there will be no other guests, and you will not be disturbed by any other visitor unless requested. It’s the perfect spot to completely disconnect and recharge.
You will find only peace, silence, slowness, and nature in Pietraia. It’s the ideal place to be re-energized by the sun and nature, away from crowds.

2 Independent Structures with One Soul
La Pietraia has two separate buildings: the Main House and the Loft, accommodating up to 8 guests with three double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and breathtaking views.
The meticulously detailed decor and large fireplaces create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making these apartments the perfect place to relax at any time of the year.

Upon arrival, guided to the farmhouse by Google Maps, you will be welcomed by Raffaele, La Pietraia’s owner, and Nawaz, who takes care of the garden, chicken coop, and general maintenance of the property with love and care.
At La Pietraia, the only other guests sharing the property with you are swallows, cicadas, and the occasional shy deer, or hare… The only sounds that may disturb your tranquillity are chattering birds.
